Maitai Family Villa

TAKE A DIP IN THE HEATED *POOL, relax on the deck, or stroll by the river. Beautifully furnished four-bedroom villa with large garden and 9 metre swimming pool. Just a short walk to town centre, the river and the botanics. *Pool open from mid-November till mid-March. This is a family villa set up for parents and children. The maximum number of adults is six and the total number of guests is eight. It is perfect for two families to share. This is a spacious, well-furnished villa with three double bedrooms (one with a king bed and two with queen beds) and one bedroom with a single and a double bed. There are three bathrooms, all with showers and one with a claw-foot bath. There is a large lounge, a kitchen/dining room and a separate TV room. Outside there is a large deck, garden and a fenced heated swimming pool. The entire property is fully fenced. The house has free wifi. You have access to the entire property, except the garden shed. There are few places in the world where you will find four national parks, snow-peaked mountains, blue bush lined bays, orchards, boutique vineyards, vibrant arts and craft communities, all within a two hour drive. Add the most sunny climate in New Zealand - this is Nelson. There is easy access to hiking and mountain bike trails, riverside walks and all the recreation Nelson has to offer, such as beaches, fruit farms, wineries, fishing, sailing and much more. There are buses eastwards to Picton, Blenheim and the Marlborough Sounds and westwards to Motueka, Kaiteriteri and to the Abel Tasman national park.
