Albion Cottage is a beautiful seaside accommodation situated on Rosemarkie high street. A two minute walk from the beach, 15 miles from the City of Inverness. The cottage can sleep up to 5 people. The accommodation consists of a double room, a twin room and a double sprung sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage has oil central heating and a wood burner. Broadband, freesat tv are also included. The property has a secluded garden. Upstairs the main bedroom consists of a Double bed, chest of drawers and a hanging rail in cupboard. The second bedroom contains two single beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers in hall. The main bathroom has a bath and electric shower. The lounge has wood burner, TV and freesat. There is a sprung loaded double sofa bed in lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, dishwasher and has a comfortable sitting area. A high chair is also provided. The utility room contains a toilet, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The beautiful secluded garden is a great sun trap and is a lovely space to sit and relax. Key Lockbox Access to he entire house Rosemarkie is a small seaside village on the Black Isle, only 15 mies away from the City of Inverness. Its beautiful sandy beach is backed by red sand cliffs which provide nesting sites of fulmars and jackdaws. The beach has a cafe and play park and is a great place for families. The beautiful Fairy Glen can be found behind the beach cliffs . Markie burn runs through the Glen which has deep pools and waterfalls that can be seen from the path. The village is well known for its pictish stones which are now house in the Groam House Museum found on the high street. Chanonry Point can be found between Rosemarkie and the neighbouring village of Fortrose. It is a popular place to visit to catch a sight of dolphins. This narrow peninsula is an ideal location with views across the Moray Firth to Fort George where you are unlikely to miss any sightings. Less than 2 miles away is Fortrose which has an award winning 18 hole Golf Club. Two free car park areas directly across the road. Bread, Milk, Butter, Tea, Coffee and jam provided in hamper.
