Situated close to Sedgefield village and Racecourse. The village boasts amenities such as restaurants, takeaways, pubs, shops, tea rooms and places of worship etc., and Sedgefield Racecourse holds regular race meetings throughout the year. Hardwick Hall Hotel and Country Park boasting lovely walks with various waterfowl and wildlife just a few miles down the road. The Hall also stages regular concerts and other popular events throughout the year.
