Typical stone house of Dalmatia situated in the middle of plantations of trees. Distant 1 km from the center of Drniš. The house is secluded with privacy away from the asphalted road 400m. The house is fenced so it is suitable for pets. Have two terraces. One in front of the house overlooking the Drniš and the other behind with a view of Promina Mountain and orchard with large barbecue and outdoor shower, relaxation sunbathing, fitness area including TRX, set of cattbells, canoe and bicycles. The house offers a vacation space with complete peace of mind and privacy. The first neighborhood is 400 m away and the city center 1.5 km. Pets are welcome. The house is fenced so that it is suitable for pets. If pets sleep in the yard or on the terraces, there are no extra charge. Pets are not allowed in the upstairs rooms but can sleep on the ground floor in the living room. In this case, due to additional cleaning costs, an additional 5 euros per night per pet is charged during the check-out. We offer guests a welcome drink and 10% discount on the tickets for the Krka National Park KRKA. Guests can buy local wine, beer, brandy and mineral water at home. Area around the house is fenced so it is suitable for small children and pets. The house is built of stone in traditional Dalmatian style and offers a unique ambience. It has two terraces, one of which features a large barbecue where you can enjoy all year long regardless of weather conditions. The house contains a few simple but very efficient appliances for TRX, kettlbell, 2 bicycles for adults and 2 children and canoes that can be used for rent. As a host I offer the possibility of fitness training. The house consists of a ground floor where there is a living room with a fireplace on the wood and a bathroom with shower and toilet and an additional bed for two persons. On the attic floor there are three smaller one with a double bed and two smaller single bed rooms in a small WC with washbasin and bidet. In the corridor is a height of 215 cm in the rooms at the entrance of 200 cm at the end of the room 60cm. In the toilet at the entrance 170 cma at the end of 60cm.
