It is in a traditional quiet and peaceful Greek Village setting but is also within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to all the amenities that wonderful Sivota has to offer. This self contained apartment offers guests a unique vacation experience to sample both authentic Greek living whilst at the same time exploring the nearby beaches, shops, tavernas, and bustling port / harbour. Flexible open plan kitchen, diner table, living area, Also has 1 x set bunk beds and 1 x sofa bed offering adaptable sleeping arrangements. Terrace offering shaded bistro table, patio with alfresco dining table and chairs, large tidy garden. Family friendly and safety a priority. Guests can access all areas of the apartment and lower garden. The accommodation enjoys mountain views whilst the garden boasts mature lemon, orange, olive and walnut trees, offering shade from the sun when needed. The garden has perimeter fencing throughout making it secure for young children. Off road parking in the drive is an additional option for our Guests to choose. I have a local representative to welcome guests and be available when needed. It can be reached by road from any where on mainland Greece. From the airport of Preveza or by ferry from Corfu and other ports to the port of Igoumenitsa there is a main house above the apartment which is solely for my own / family use
