The house is located in a village 5 minutes by car from the city center, in a quiet and peaceful area. At 500m there is a centennial garden with tables, ponds, maintenance circuit and field of futesal. It is a village 5 km from the center of Leiria. By car, it is 5 min away from everything. At 1.7km we have public transport from hour to hour during the day. For those who do not have a car, a taxi ride to the city costs between € 5 and € 8 depending on the time and day of the week. It is 8 min from Batalha, 18 min from Fátima, 30 min from Alcobaça, Nazaré beach, Vieira and Pedrogão, 40 min from several caves and from Serra, 50 min from Coimbra and 1.2h from Lisbon.
