Peace & Tranquility 2, near Takapuna City & Beach

This property is conveniently located within walking distance of Takapuna shops and restaurants. The "Westmere" room faces north, catching the sun most of the day. We're only a 15 minute walk to Takapuna, a 10 minute walk to Takapuna Beach and 5 minutes away from the shops at Hauraki corner with a convenient supermarket, butcher, bar, restaurants, liquor store, dry cleaner. Public transport is only 5 minutes away from either Lake or Jutland Roads. This is a second bedroom in my home that's available to Airbnb guests, with a Super King and very comfortable bed. There's a sitting area, out side of this room, that can be used, if others are using the more "publicly" available dining / lounge area. Guests are permitted to use the kitchen, lounge and dining areas in my home. Interaction with guests I'm guided by guests as to how much time you wish to spend with me. Most people like the proximity of this property to Takapuna city. I do have 2 rooms available on Airbnb and sometimes, long term guests may be present, so that both rooms are not always available at the same time. Parking is available on the street. It's best not to drive up the drive as turning is not easy for most drivers and the garage door needs to be open to facilitate this. Airport Transfer If you need transport to or from the airport, I'm happy to offer this service and organise pick up and delivery by negotiation, depending on your arrival time and departure. This would be NZ$50 per trip.
