Beautiful, quiet 65 sqm apartment with stunning views and great sunsets from the window or own guest terrace on 2000qm2 private forest. Absolute peace and fresh air and yet close to the city (4.6 km). Children can play well, dogs welcome. These can run free by appointment in our area. But not the whole day and no cat hunters! It is not a gas purge and we do not want any rubbish on the grounds for our other guests. Quality Parking in front of the house. Children under three pay nothing. One bedroom with double bed, two beds in the living room (see photos). Very good sleeping comfort for a restful sleep. Also good for business travelers and couples. Free Wi-Fi. Bakers, banks, shopping, restaurants nearby. Services: We live above the apartment and are happy to help. Children's toys, folding mattress, small dog basket and board games are available. Also a high chair. Coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, sweetener, spices, foil, toaster, microwave, kitchen utensils. Weaver grill on terrace. Washing machine, hair dryer, iron and board there. There is also on the desk a collection of recommendations (restaurants, scene, excursions with children, theater, cinema). Tv..Amazon Prime. Internet TV, feature films and series for the whole family. Great selection and free. Smoking only on terrace possible. Seating and ashtray available. Towels, freshly made beds, soap, shampoo. Cuddly bathrobes for a care fee of 4 euros. From five nights this is available as a free loan.
