In front of the apartment is a small, shared orchard with a playground. The small port town of Hindeloopen is known for its traditions, painters and being one of the Eleven Cities Tour. The annual Skutsjesilen championship starts on the coast in front of Hindeloopen. During your holiday, you can hike on the dike, go on bike tours or take a trip to one of the surrounding villages. The city of Sneek is also worth seeing. Many guests also come here to kite and windsurf. There is also the option of paddling in a kayak along the dike and the beaches.
