Close to public transport, the beautiful Swan River, Camelot outdoor cinema and Cottelsoe Beach with several cafes nearby. Fremantle 10 minutes by car or you can take a train or bus which are close. Can accommodate 4 people at one time, babies welcome, and small dogs who are house trained. If the extra room is booked price is $79.00per night extra guest $ 40.00 per night and $ 89.00 for weekends extra guest $ 40.00 per night. My husband and myself live in the home permanently. Guests will have access to their fully furnished room as well as a shared bathroom. There is access to tea and coffee making facilities. If you have any questions I will be only too happy ro help. Mosman Park is located between the river and sea with many amenities including shopping, an outdoor cinema and restaurants. The Swan River is such a beautiful place with dolphins, great play area for children , BBQ facilities, boat ramp. Cafe is just a 1 minute walk away that serves great food and coffee. There is a bus stop located at the end of the street. An 8 minute walk to the Mosman Park train station which runs to both Fremantle and Perth City. The main house is airconditioned the bedrooms are not.
