Detached Little French House in village location

Set in a village location with baker and post office. The property is detached with large pretty garden and a patio. From the house you can walk to the river or along vineyards. Five minutes drive to Supermarket and petrol station and ten minutes from the town of Argenton Sur Creuse, with it’s beautiful bridges over the river, many cafes, restaurants, boutiques and chocolatier. There is a weekly market and even a cinema. There are two large lakes within 40 mins drive. The house is detached and on one level with modern open plan kitchen cum living room. Two bedrooms and a shower room and a store room for sun umbrella and patio furniture and bbq. This is my holiday home so I am not on site, but my wonderful neighbours, who speak English, will greet you and be available to offer any help you need. I am available by telephone or text 24/7
