Double Room in Falkirk FK1

Hi, I have a Double Room (NO BILLS) - House in Camelon, Falkirk FK1 4LZ - Good motorway access and Really handy for both Falkirk and Grangemouth. The house is suitable for a busy independent individual. My nervous cat also lives in the house but he will most likely run away from you. The house is non-smoking but there is a canopy outside if you do smoke. When I am around, my interests include table tennis (I have a full size table), going to the gym, nature, culture and sunshine, watching live music with friends and Music/Cultural festivals. I am looking for someone who will share the house and is self-sufficient and considerate, I am easy going and have house shared for the last 10 years. ADDITIONAL INFO. Rent is £420 pcm on the same date each month. Contractors please note that the minimum stay is 4 weeks (payable up front with deposit) but you can then stay week by week thereafter. There are 3 rooms in the property, the smallest measures 3. 2m x 2. 6m and has a ¾ bed, a rail for clothes, a small tv, plenty of drawers/storage and a sofa bed. Camelon train station is 14 mins walk and the Co-operative (McColls) supermarket is a 3min walk. M876/M9 motorways to Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh are closeby. There is on-street parking/possible driveway parking.- the bus stop is less than 1 min walk and goes directly to Falkirk/Grangemouth and takes 10 mins to Falkirk. Falkirk town centre is 6 minutes by car. The tourist attraction The Falkirk Wheel is 5 minutes walk away - large playing fields and canal are also close by. Available via messages/texts/ (Hidden by Airbnb) throughout your stay. There is a local shop within 5 mins walking distance and 2 larger supermarkets within 10 minutes. The town centre is a 5 minute drive. The Falkirk wheel is a 5 minute walk away. There is a very nice restaurant closeby. There are also plenty of take-aways along the Camelon main street. Buses to Falkirk are available within a minute from the house. The train station to Glasgow and Edinburgh is (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minute walk away.
