Close to Brighton the Beach House is in a fantastic location on the Sussex Coast one road back from Shoreham Beach. A two minute walk to the beach and ten minute walk from the town centre. Set all on one level, the Beach House boasts 4 bedrooms, a gorgeous garden and front patio area to allow you to catch the sun for as long as you can in the evenings. There is free onsite parking for two cars and all the amenities for a perfect family getaway. The Beach House comfortably accommodates 5 guests. It is a light and airy family home set on one level which makes family living very easy with a lovely garden to relax in and beach living just down the road. Three bedrooms are set off the lounge and one off the kitchen with its own small bathroom. This is our family home so make yourself at home and enjoy the beach location and proximity to Brighton and South Downs National Park Parking is easy as it is free on our road and we have space for 2 cars on our private driveway. I am available should you have any queries during your stay, we will be on holiday but checking messages daily. The Beach House is located on Shoreham Beach, a highly desirable area along the Sussex Coast. With Brighton and Hove nearby, Shoreham offers a not-so-far from the city small-town experience, popular with surfers, paddle-boarders and windsurfers. It is the ideal location for those who want the seaside town experience without the expensive hustle and bustle of a busy city centre. Shoreham boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in the South East and was even declared a Local Nature Reserve in 2006. Made up of shingles, pebbles and sand, it’s also covered with wild flowers, perfect for taking a stroll and ideal for keen photographers. If water sports are your thing, then you’ll be pleased to know that Shoreham beach is regularly used by windsurfers, paddle-boarders and kite surfers and there are several shops in town to kit you out. Whether you’re wanting to relax, hike or get wet, this beach is the one for you. If you want to venture inland a little there is plenty of green space and countryside running along the River Adur which is ideal for walks and picnics. Parking is free on our road and the surrounding area. However, with everything in walking distance a car is not essential for your stay. We can’t promise that the weather will be sunny here during your stay but there is plenty to do in Shoreham itself, you can walk or bike (if your bring bikes) up to the South Downs along the river from the house and Brighton has lots to do year round. This is our home and there will be some of our belongings around the house as you would expect.
