This gorgeous 2900 sq/ft retreat, situated right across the street from pristine Liberty Lake, is perfect for family, business and leisure travelers. With a master suite upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs featuring full & queen bunk beds, there is plenty of space for all. This new home has everything necessary for a perfect vacation. There is both a public beach access in front of the house and a private community beach just a short walk away. The home is stocked with luxury bath amenities, high end closets, an attached garage, gas BBQ, stand-up paddle boards, an assortment of books for all ages, and so much more. We've made sure our vacation home has everything to make your stay enjoyable. This home is perfect for families traveling with kids, couples on vacation, or work trips. There is a master bedroom upstairs and two more bedrooms downstairs. The master bedroom has a California King bed and the other two rooms have twin over full/queen bunk beds. The top bunks are for KIDS ONLY. The master has an ensuite bathroom and the downstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom which opens both to one of the bedrooms and to the hallway. The downstairs has a den with cozy leather couches and a large TV with a Firestick (no cable). There is also a ping pong table and treadmill. The deck offers beautiful views of the Lake and has a gas BBQ, table, chairs, and a swing. There is a pack n play crib with sheets, toys and craft items for the kids in their very own little room under the stairs, and a high chair and bumbo. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook during your stay and we provide coffee and tea upon arrival. If you would like the place cleaned during your stay we can arrange that for an additional fee. We can also recommend local babysitters. Liberty Lake is a vibrant community, small enough to be safe and cozy, and big enough to have everything you need. There are two parks within a 3-5 minute drive and a golf course just up the street. We own the lot next door and have been landscaping it with family that lives nearby. We store our camper there when it's not being used and there is grass and a play set for kids. The lot is sometimes used and maintained by family so you might occasionally see someone next door working. Spokane Downtown = 18 miles. Gonzaga University = 18 miles. Spokane Airport = 25 miles. Coeur d'Alene Downtown = 20 miles. Silverwood = 40 miles. Mt. Spokane Ski Resort = 30 miles. Silver Mountain Ski Resort = 56 miles. Schweitzer Ski Resort = 75 miles. This house has wifi and a Firestick with Netflix, but no cable. We love traveling nurses! Guests enjoy access to the entire property. We don't live on premises. You have this private residence all to yourself. If there are any questions or issues we are always available by phone, message or email. We also have a caretaker who lives close if any issues do arise. This Home is in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic and noise. We have a driveway which can accommodate two vehicles comfortably. We have a car parked in the garage so guest vehicles will need to be parked outside. You can easily walk to the beach, and drive or ride your bike to restaurants, parks and grocery stores nearby.
