Check-In ￫ Check in time is from 2 PM. ￫ We use self-check in method via access to Lockbox for the key. Code Instructions will be sent 24 hours prior arrival. Early Check-in Charges: ￫ Extra Charge, php 150/hour Pay Via Airbnbpay request. Check-Out ￫ Check out is strictly at 12NN. We need enough time to clean the unit for the next guests. Charges occur if you check out late. Entrance Fee : Php 100/person. to be paid to the admin. office upon check-in or to reception. ￫ Entrance fee, this includes the amenities; Single Parking/first come first served, playground, 7th floor breezeway for public gathering max. 20 pax.
