The perfect Enfield getaway is only an easy one hour drive from Melbourne and Geelong. Enjoy the tranquility and calm of this lovely property. Set in beautiful bush land, close to walking tracks and 4 wheel driving, cycling, and simply de-stressing in peace and comfort. Warm yourself in front of the large wood heater. House has reverse cycle heating and cooling. two bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and three living spaces including a fun children's space. With Xbox, books, toys and colouring. A porta-cot and high chair are in the house. Laundry and ironing facilities. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. The pantry is stocked with condiments, a range of teas , coffee, milo/ hot chocolate, cereal, bread , eggs, butter and milk, sugar and sweet treats. There is plenty of space for the children to run around out side however the front of the property is not gated, although a very quiet road children should be supervised at all times whilst out doors. All linen and towels are supplied, hairdryer and soap, shampoo supplied, hand sanitizer and cleaning products also. Please be assured the house will be fully sanitised as per DHHS Covid clean standards. The house is very comfortable you can sit back watch a movie and relax by the beautiful warmth of the wood heater . Guests have use of the entire space, indoors and out. I will be available to help throughout your stay. This is a beautiful friendly and safe neighbourhood. It is a very quiet tranquil area hence parties are not allowed. Travel via car, beautiful place to cycle as well, the nearest shopping mall is a 15 min drive to Delacombe shopping Complex with all major supermarkets and stores.
