Self catering accommodation in scenic and secure Brackenridge Estate, Plettenberg Bay. Excellent views. 5 minutes to beaches and town. This spacious house has four beautiful bedrooms, plus a bunk room, of which four have en-suite bathrooms. There are two additional guest cloakrooms. The upper level consists of the main bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a scullery, a dining area and a comfortable lounge leading out onto the covered patio with braai facilities. The downstairs area has the remaining three bedrooms and bunk room. It also has a lounge and a patio which has additional seating. This area leads off to the manicured lawn and the swimming pool, the ideal spot to unwind or enjoy a refreshing dip. Guests can spend their days exploring this charming town by visiting one of the nearby beaches, the golf course and the other attractions on offer. This house offers the ideal coastal getaway to guests hoping for a memorable holiday. No golf tours or Plett Rage rentals Guests have access to the entire house, excluding the garage. There is plenty of parking available on the property. As this is a secure estate, security is not an issue. There a many trails through the fynbos on the estate, know for it's wide variety of birdlife. There is a housekeeper available Monday to Friday, 8 am to 3 pm @R350 per day. A minimum of three days a week is compulsory. The house is suitable for families. Unfortunately no golf tours. There are now direct flights from Cape Town and Johannesburg to Plettenberg Bay airport (a five minute trip).
