This lovely private apartment with 1 bedroom is a part of Can Fressa manor house with individual private apartments - all sharing a beautiful garden and a large pool. The house is located in the centre of Alaro village, only 1 minute walk from the square filled with lovely cafes, restaurants, bars and bakeries. Perfect location for hikers, cyclists, families who want to enjoy this amazing village surrounded by the spectacular Tramuntana mountains. The private apartment on 1st floor offers 1 double bedrooms ( 1 double bed), 1 bathroom and a large living (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a little fridge and kettle in the room, but to prepare meals you can use a shared, large, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Shared pool, garden, large kitchen downstairs The Property Owner will liaise with guests before their arrival and answer any questions they may have, share recommendations and make necessary arrangements to make sure guests have a wonderful stay and be available at the property during guests visit. Alaro is a romantic place in the middle of the Sierra de Tramuntana. After a good glass of wine and a nice dinner you don't have to take the car to get home, you can walk because the house is located in the village, 5 minutes from the main square. For outdoor lovers Alaro offers amazing walks and cycling in the mountains. For those who like a taste of the island - some of the best vineyards and restaurants are only a short drive away. Although it is not a must, we strongly recommend to rent a car when staying in Alaro. Alaro is centrally located and with a car you visit many beautiful places on the island. Mallorca has so many places to explore, so if you want to discover in an easy way, a car is the best option. Alaro is not well connected with public transport. There is a bus going to the train station in Consell and from there it is possible to take the train in the direction of either Inca or Palma, but to go to places like Valldemosa, Sant Elm, Cala Figuera or Estrenc, you will need a car. Please note that roads in Alaro are very narrow. We recommend renting small cars rather than MPVs. The apartment must be vacated by 10am in order for us to prepare it for next guests. If your flight does not leave until later in the day you are welcome to leave the luggage in the property and collect it at your convenient time. Please look for “Can Fressa Alaro” in (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps phone app and you will be able to see the directions to the property. We recommend using it to avoid any delays or problems with getting lost. The property does not offer parking space, but there are parking spaces on the main road outside the property and a free large car park behind BIP supermarket located only 3 minutes walk from the property. Smoking is only allowed in the garden.
