Roussos: The Seaside Suit

Just minutes away from the center of Kavos, this top floor apartment is situated in a unique location, at the seafront of Kavos, with beautiful views to the Mediterranean sea and the Greek mainland, just above one of the best restaurants in Kavos, Roussos Restaurant! It is a very spacious and modern apartment, with numerous facilities, such as private parking, WiFi, washing machine and even cable TV! A specious 68 m2 apartment, which consists of one double bedroom which overlooks the sea, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and even an espresso machine. There is a very specious living room, where guests can sit and relax with a fireplace, a 43 inch TV and a big couch that can also turn into a double bed, where two more people can sleep if they wish. In the apartment, you will also find a storage room to place all of your belongings, but within it you will also find an iron along with an ironing board for your disposal, if you wish to cook inside there is also a table that can sit up to four people where you can enjoy your breakfast and meals. Guests can use the entire apartment to themselves and also the restaurant which is located underneath it. In general, I am a very social individual, I like to interact with my guests and while I am at it I like to help them with any piece of information that they might need so that they can really enjoy their visit on the island and witness the beauties of the place through the eyes of a local! The apartment is located exactly at the seafront of Kavos, just above Roussos restaurant, which means that if a family or a couple wish to spend their day not far away from their stay, they can enjoy a nice swim in the sea and have a bite to eat at the restaurant from early in the afternoon till night. One other very important attribute of the neighborhood is that it is next to the Kavos Jetty so that if the guests wish to do any of the boat excursions which are available at the resort they will be located only a minute away from the pickup point. To get to the apartment or leave from it, it is very easy because, one of the main bus stops in the village, is only 2 minutes' walk from it. If guests wish to take the Green Bus from Corfu town, it will take approximately one hour and 30 minutes and the cost of it is €5,00 euros per person. Also if guests wish to hire a car to get to us, we can arrange for a car to wait for them at the airport which they will use to drive about an hour to get to Kavos. The closest port to the apartment is the port of Lefkimmi, so if someone is coming from the mainland by car, we highly recommend to use that one, since it is much cheaper to use and far closer than the one in Corfu town. The apartment is at the beachfront of Kavos, which means that there might be some noise in the early morning hours, but for that reason, we have made sure to upgrade all the windows into double glazing, so that our guests can close them in the night if their sleep is being distracted and if it gets too warm once they close the windows they have the option to use the 2 air conditions which we have installed, one in the living room and one in the double bedroom so that all guests can use it during the hot summer months!
