Comfy Convenience Upper

This is my home that I live in when it's not being renting it to guests. When guests stay, I leave the house or live in the lower level apartment. To help you feel welcome I've made a conscious effort to keep the space neutral so it doesn't feel like your in someone else's home. There are two steps to get into the house and one step into the living room. Comfy Convenience is located in a quiet neighborhood close to nature trails of the arboretum. It is only a block to the bike path, 6 miles from the capital square and 15 minutes to the east or west side of Madison. It's centrally located so you will not be too far from whatever brings you to the Madison area. Relax and enjoy the convenience of this welcoming, comfortable home. Send me a message if you need accommodations for more than four people and are interested in also reserving the lower level, basement apartment (Comfy Convenience Lower). You will have full and private access to the entire upper level, including two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen and a spacious living room. There is a small, tree covered patio with outdoor seating that you might enjoy during nice weather. While guests are staying in the house I move out or may stay in the lower level basement apartment. To assure your privacy there is a locked door between the two living levels. There are motion detectors cameras (similar to the RING doorbell) at each outdoor entrance. I will hopefully meet you during check-in but that is not always possible. Perhaps you may see me coming and going during your stay but you will not hear me. I am respectful of my guests privacy, but am also available should you need anything. Comfy Convenience is located in an eclectic neighborhood. It has a nice mixture of families, singles, people of different ages and ethnic backgrounds. Access to very nice walking/bike trails is just down the street. The bed in the second bedroom is a sofa bed that opens to a full mattress. It is very comfortable but is at floor level.
