Bright unit close to city, safe, females only.

My place is set in a very convenient location. It is 5 mins walk to Flemington Station. Close to the Post office, the local shops and small family owned restaurants. It is walking distance to Paddy's markets. My place is light, airy and relaxing. My place is good for solo female adventurers and female business travellers. I prefer vegetarian and females only. Extra charges for an additional person. They can access the bathroom, balcony and kitchen but no meat, fish or eggs in the kitchen. I will be available to help guests if they need me. There are great Vietnamese, Chinese restaurants as well a good Sri Lankan take away place that is famous in Sydney There are fast trains to the city so you can reach Central in 20 minutes. There is a local bus service which runs between 9.50 till 2.50 and runs every hour from Rookwood Cemetery to Burwood Westfield Shopping Centre. There is off-street parking. It is a quiet neighbourhood so I would expect the guests to be quiet as well.
