Within walking distance of the beach, bus stops, shops and takeaways. Ideally situated to explore beautiful South Devon and surrounding areas. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a superking bed, one double bed and one with two single beds. Also upstairs is a large shower room. Downstairs you will find a lounge, dining room, modern kitchen with small seating area and a shower room. The décor is a mixture of traditional, in keeping with the age of he house, with modern facilities. Parking is limited to one hour outside the property. Alternative parking can be found in surrounding roads.
