The building is with 24/7 security & reception, free pool & gym, just next to the West lake, the most high-end residential area in Hanoi. Restaurants & convenient stores are just in the ground floor. The location is a good balance between residential & touristy area. We are looking for long term guests for this apartment as well ! The place is an ideal spot for relaxation and a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Old quarter with full lights and panoramic views to the West lake from all windows and balcony. Extra beds, hair dryer, clean towels, extra bed sheet, blanket, shapoo, shower gel and all are available in the room Tea, coffee, sugar and some instant noodles, rice, seasoning, eggs are available for your quick breakfasts in our kitchen during your stay, you can also try Phở, small restaurant is just some steps outside the lobby :). With the various groceries, supermarket or local market nearby, you can make yourself gourmet meals in our equipped kitchen. We are not a hotel, we look forward to hosting you and assisting you, more social, more responsible, and more personal touch before and during your stay. With the smart door, 24/7 security, camera supervisions in all floors and public spaces, doorman and reception in the building, we provide both doorman check in or self-check in option. And we stay nearby the building, I (or my family member) will try to meet you in person during your check in or check out to say Hi if possible :).. The apartment is yours for the dates that you booked so we won't be around. However, we can easily be reached by a simple Airbnb message. For your smooth travel plan, we can support you in arranging local tours, Halong bay cruises with local prices Kichi Kichi hotpot & Gogi House - Korean BBQ is in the ground floor of the building. You can enjoy Pho, Bun Cha or find local market, and other local food in just some footsteps from the building's door. Intimex supermarket is in 174 Lac Long Quan and local market is in 219 alley (300m right out of the building) and various glocery shops nearby. KFC, Some coffee shops are nearby (Windmill, Passio or Avalon- 300m left out of the building) or just take some cups of "Bia Hoi" as Hanoians (special local Beer in Hanoi) right in front of the lake in Ve Ho road Nice and neat hair salon in 247 Lac Long Quan, just 100m away from the building, is a good choice when needed. West lake is just in font of the building, It is convenient to everywhere in Hanoi, taking a taxi here is very convenient since we are on the main street - Uber or grab taxi are easy to be ordered from the building or receptionists are glad to assist you to call one for you - Its location allows easy commute to popular scenic spots (uber or grad just around 3-5 USD/ trip - Noi Bai airport (20-minute drive from the Airport, 20km), or 45 minutes by bus (route Bus 90 Noi Bai- Kim Ma; stop: Nga Ba Xuan La and walk 201m from/to our building, ticket 9000 VND/trip~0,4USD) - To Ho Chi Minh mausoleum(No 1 Ngọc Hà): Bus 90 - Hoàn Kiếm lake or old quarter: Bus 55, bus 90+14 - Motobike or bicycle for rent: 491 Lạc Long Quân All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay, this paper will be sent to building security for informing that all the house rules were conveyed to our guests. - as mentioned in the house rules. It is your holiday but our daily time at home, No party or overloaded noises in my apartment. Building management will request you to leave my apartment without refund if any raising blames from the neighbors. LOCALs! If you live in the same city, I automatically assume you want to do something in my place that you don't want to do in your own place ==> I DECLINE your reservation and without refunds. No check in are allowed as we can not register local guests for short stay with building security and reception for your stay in my apartment.
