Ground floor with large sitting/dining room with fireplace and TV, good modern kitchen. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 basins, bidet, wc. Wi-Fi. The house is tastefully furnished and has typical Tuscan terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. The beautiful swimming pool is for sole use of the guests. From the property you can enjoy nice walks in the countryside. The nearest village Santo Pietro Belvedere is just 1,5 km distant. There are are some small shops, 2 bars, a Pizzeria, a chemist and a post office. A good big supermarket is 3km distant. There are several good restaurants in the area. In Ponsacco, a ten minutes drive away every Wednesday is market day. Horse riding is available in the area. In Casciana Terme a lovely village with a Spa, 8km distant you may enjoy the pool with warm spa water and all sorts of treatments.
