Large spacious apartment: 80m2 + balcony. Can host maximum 6 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor, opposite a canal next to utrecht train station. Private bathroom with shower and bath. All modern amenities in living space: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, super fast wifi, gas stove, wide screen TV, heating. Shared access to the front door and corridor with the 2nd floor. Guests will have full access to the living space and apartment on the 1st floor. Pin code access on the front door and apartment door. Also access to all amenities in the living space: Large flat screen TV with cable channels. Fast wifi connection throughout the house. Gas and electricity included. Heating in all living space of the house. Large balcony. Large dinner table, and office desk. Your own private toilet, bath and shower. The guest will have shared access to the front door of the building with other guests living on the 2nd floor. The door to the apartment is not shared. Upstairs is off limits. Because the apartment is in its own private space, there will not be much interaction. I also travel a lot so i might probably be out of the country when guests are there. Nevertheless, the house uses a set of pin codes to get inside, and can be accessed without the need of someone to be there. Amazing location: in the city center, next to the netherlands biggest public transportation station, where there are trains every 15mins to every major city in the Netherlands including amsterdam. Here you have access to trains, buses and trams. Because of Utrecht's central location in the netherlands, every major city is within 1 hour by train: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Arnhem and Eindhoven. There are also every 15mins trains to Amsterdam airport Schiphol. The city center is also within walking distance, and bicycle is a very common and practical way of getting around the city. The house has a beautiful old style dutch character to it. With tall ceilings, and authentic old style design pattern. The house is opposite a beautiful canal. The street in front is a cycling street, with a dutch style windmill and bridges across the canal.
