The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are completely separated by the living spaces giving privacy for couples sharing. Its is a large apartment that is on the 5th floor in a quiet elevated residential block right on the water. It has a north facing aspect which catches the sun all day and makes the balcony a usable space. The apartments are solid and are a high quality construction. There is a separate laundry, linen and everything you need to just walk in with your luggage and enjoy! There is an Ice-maker 2 door fridge, air con, flat screen TV DVD player and free excellent WiFi. The apartment has floor to ceiling windows that capture the views from each bedroom and the living spaces. It is warm and inviting and extremely private with no overlooking by others possible due to its design. It is privately owned in a residential block. The apartment has undercover car parking for one car, an outdoor seasonally heated pool, access to a sandy beach restaurants and promenade via lobby front door. There is a building manager resident. There is lift access and no stairs to negotiate. I am happy to meet you or leave a key out to access the apartment with a list of all the instructions where to park etc. The apartment is immaculate and there are some food and grocery items for your convenience and use. I live nearby and am available at all times. If you require cleaning service I can arrange this for you. The apartment block is situated on the water only metres from a beautiful white sandy beach and the buzzy Station Pier area where the large cruise ships dock and where there are various restaurants and takeaway shops. There is a corner licensed grocery store, the beach and bicycle hire for the tracks on the famous promenade that has features similar to Nice on the Mediterranean. The red double decker tourist bus stop is nearby. A small ferry boat stop for fun outing to st. Kilda and Williamstown is accessed from the promenade. Fairy penguin evening tours in walking distance also. Over the balcony the palm trees lined thoroughfare and other high rise either side resembles A true holiday atmosphere although only a few kilometres from the city centre enabling an ideal lifestyle. The city and Crown Casino are a 7 min. tram ride from a nearby pickup. We have Uber service here and very quick pickups with Cabs servicing the area. The tram (light rail) is a 7-9 min ride to the city. The red tourist bus stop is nearby and blue hire bikes within walking distance. A ferry to popular tourist spots pulls into the pier nearby. The Spirit of Tasmania ferry to Tasmania docks ‘at the door’ The freeway offers easy access to airport. The minimum 2 nights stay. There is a no party policy although friendly gatherings are fine. Noise will not be tolerated and an on site building manager is always available to control this problem should anyone ignore this policy.
