Lake view family house (whole house with garden)

A family house which located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful lake-view, has two floors, and i rent out the second floor for tourists, which has the best lake-view. You will have the whole house, not meet anyone else in the house. Host only online contacted. We have three rooms for the guests, one living room with TV, one kitchen, one shower room, one toilet, two balcony. The room No. 201, hill-views, 20sqm, include one queen bed 1.6x2.0m; the room No. 202, lake-view, 16qm, include two single beds 0.9x2.0m; the room No.203, hill-view, 20sqm, include one sofa bed 1.4x2.0m. Ideally for family trip 2-5people. Please note: the Host famioywill stay on the ground floor from middle June to End July. So during this time, we take guests maximum 5people. (Family priority) And we are going to rebuild the garden from April till unknown time ( Hungarian speed) You can use the kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and three bedrooms on the first floor. And you also can use the Barbecue Grill and tables in the garden. There are kids playground. There's parking space on the open ground, suitable for two cars. Contact me any time. Aracsi street is a brand new street which close to the center of city, supermarket and local market nearby. Away from the noisy beach part. Behind my house is the famous Tamas hegyi Hill which you can view the whole Balaton lake. The bus number 3 and 4 can take you to the beach, train station, Aquapark, supermarkets. Walking distance to the promenade fish-man spot is 15mins, walking distance to the beach is 20mins. important change: 1. due to the Covid-19 problem, we rent out the whole house to one group. 2. Self-check in. Guests will get a password to enter the house, and all the infos, host won't show in person. There's infrared security system in every room, hope it's not bother you. There's only one air-condition in the corridor on second floor, none in the rooms but electric fans,summer nights temperature average 14-20°C.
