There are 2 comfortable, airy and sunny bedrooms (one in the front and one in the back) with all the necessary amenities and two double king size beds, including a master closet and a rolling wardrobe. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy them on the massive oak refectory table. You will sink into the big sofa-bed, watching your favorite DVD movie on a 50’’ TV set with Netflix. No need to worry about the Athenian heat or the winter chilly weather. There are three air condition units located in the whole space (living room, and in 2 bedrooms). The bathroom has all the amenities (hairdryer, shampoo/body wash, toothpaste, toiletries etc). Wi-Fi is available and with very strong signal all over the apartment. Guests have full access to all rooms of the apartment as well as to the whole range of facilities/amenities offered. Guests are greeted upon arrival and departure. As your host I am available 24/7 and I can be reached by message, phone or social media apps at any time. I will answer any question you may have either before or during your stay and assist you with anything you may need. The apartment is located only 10 meters away from the famous Panathenaic (Olympic) Stadium, where the first modern Olympic Games took place. Opposite the embassies of the Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland and Turkey, and only few meters away from the National Garden, Zappeion Exhibition Center and the Presidential Mansion, which lies on the most expensive and luxurious road of Greece. A few breaths away from Syntagma Sq. and Kolonaki, the most artistic and prestigious district in Athens and only 10 minutes walking from the Acropolis Hill, the New Acropolis Museum and the colossal temple of Olympian Zeus. From the balcony you can see the Philopappos Monument and Lycabettus Hill. Our place is very close to historical neighborhoods, Mets and Pagrati, where many bars, taverns, restaurants and cafes are available. This apartment is next to ancient, classical and modern Athens. There is a tram station conveniently situated 5 minutes away from the apartment, a bus stop right in front of the building which connects you everywhere in Athens and two metro stations available (Syntagma and Evangelismos) in about 10 minutes walking. There are just a few house rules. Mainly not to smoke inside the house, (only in the balcony), and to switch off all electrical appliances (stove, air-conditions, water heater) when out of the apartment. This will help the planet and help us keep our price low. As a courtesy to neighbors, please try to keep noise to a minimum especially hours between: 14:30 – 17:30 (siesta hours), 23:00 and onwards. Unfortunately parties are not allowed.
