The three bedrooms all with queen beds sleeps up to 6 persons. We are located in an area with lots of trees, parks and ovals. Yet it is close to many amenities within walking distance or 10 minutes drive, e.g. Hamilton Hill Shopping Centre, Phoenix Shopping Centre and the beautiful Fremantle. Taking a walk to South Beach and enjoy a swim is within 30 minutes or 5 minutes drive. Truly a wonderful mixture of home and leisure. You will have the whole house (3 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom/toilet, laundry room) at your disposal, the front yard for parking and the backyard and patio for BBQ and relaxing. If there is any question or any inconvenience, I will get to you as soon as possible. We live in the rear house. The neighbors are mainly mature, respectful and friendly people who often enjoy a chat at the driveway. It is quiet and peaceful with many community facilities on the street. The house is within 250m to bus stops for 4 bus routes to Perth CBD (114/160), Fremantle/Murdoch Station ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ). With all of the buses you can reach Transperth trains at Perth, Murdoch Station, Fremantle Station, Canning Bridge Station. Street parking is permitted and plenty. Verge bin collections on Friday morning, so we take the bins out on Thursdays. Ensure you sort the waste and put into the bins accordingly
