Great Vacation House in Herzlia

We rent out the place when we go on vacation. The house has 2 floors and is suitable for a couple or a small family of 4. It is very private and comfortable and is close to the beach (5 min by car) and a 15 minute drive to Tel Aviv. Many great restaurants are also close by. We have 3 cats that stay outside but can try to sneek in but can easily shown the way out, so it is more suitable for pet lovers. The house is in Herzliya not far from the beach (5 min by car) and a 15 minute drive to Tel Aviv. It has 2 floors and is suitable for couple or small family of up to 4-5 people. The house has a garden and private parking. The first floor has a spacious living room and kitchen with plenty of light and very large windows and a guest bathroom. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms with quin size beds, a seperate bathroom and laundry room. Outside there is a sunny patio and large vegetable garden. All parts of the house are accessible including the gardenand patio. Private parking for one car is at to the lower entrance of the property. An English speaking tenant on the ground floor (not part of the upper two floors) is available to guide and help when we are away. The house is close to the beach. Quick access to the highway to Tel Aviv and the north of Israel. Also close to the train station. Train and bus to Tel Aviv, the beach and other locations are close by. Please note: We have 3 friendly cats on the premisses so one might sneak in and needs to be shown the way out the door.
