Kingsland Barn, luxury self-catering accommodation

Kingsland Barn has recently been beautifully refurbished to the highest of standards. Comprising of: hallway/snug, downstairs loo, utility room with washing machine/dryer/iron/ironing board. Master bedroom with king sized bed, 2nd bedroom with twin (able to be joined together), elec walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, dining area for 4 and comfortable sitting (Website hidden by Airbnb) WiFi throughout. Dogs welcome downstairs with prior arrangement. Kingsland Barn has recently been completely refurbished to the highest of standards and now provides luxurious accommodation for up to 4x guests in cosy comfort. Guests have full use of the Barn, and will be left alone in peace and quiet to enjoy their stay. Should anything be required, we are normally at home across the drive, far enough for your own privacy but close enough should you need us! Guests have their own access to a lawned area at the rear of the Barn, where they can sit out in the sun, have a BBQ etc. The gardens to the main house are private and not normally accessible to guests. There is free WiFi, and a complimentary 'Welcome Pack' including fresh milk, tea, coffee, a selection of cereals, bread, butter and jam will be waiting for you. We also have a small 'honesty bar' so you can have your G&T / V&T to help you unwind! Interaction with our guests is minimal - we do however try and welcome you in as often as possible. We live in the main house which is across the drive - close enough if you should need us, but far enough for you to have complete privacy. There are many, many things to do/areas to explore - a comprehensive list is kept in the Barn, but includes: - Bike riding, straight from the Barn - Fingringhoe Wick Nature Reserve - The Whalebone Pub - Colchester Zoo - Colchester medieval castle visitors centre - West Mersea for beaches, walks, bike riding, restaurants, world famous oysters and of course sailing and water sports. - Dedham Vale - truly spectacular countryside and local pubs/restaurants to explore - Antiques shopping in Sudbury, to the North of Colchester - Local horse riding - Many museums of historical sites And much much more!
