Nice house in town center

Nice, tidy house in a quiet street in the center of Tilburg with 3 sleeping rooms upstairs, bathroom (tub + shower), kitchen, backyard and wifi. 2 double beds available. Optimal number of guests: 4, but we may agree on additional guest(s). Describe your situation and ask me for options. You will have the house all for yourself after I've handed over the key. The town center offers everything you need; shopping center, railway station, bars and theaters. "013" is only a 5 minute walk away. Car parking is not free in the street. Free car parking on 5 minute walk during evenings/nights/weekends. Permanent free parking is on a 9 minute walk. It is extremely important to respect the neighbors. The thin walls are not soundproof. Unfortunately some guests have ignored my appeal to keep noise at acceptable level and upset the neighborhood. Others have drawn negative attention of neighboring residents by keeping curtains hermetically closed for many days, which gives rise to suspicion of obscure activities. In 2020 two couples have terribly abused the accommodation. Please be aware that the house is located in a residential area with families, children and elderly. You are welcome if you take this in consideration. If you plan activities that do not match: please do not opt for my accommodation.
