Welcome to our Family Run Rural Holiday Complex. A collection of 14 family friendly, self contained, self-catering holiday homes within the idyllic countryside of Dorset. With wonderful outside space, perfect for al fresco dining and superb leisure facilities, your stay promises to be as fun-filled, or relaxed as you desire. With an indoor heated pool, private hot tubs, games room, activity suite, fishing lakes and an outdoor play area for the kids, we have something for everyone during your stay. We also have ample free parking and complimentary superfast WIFI for those who want to be connected. The swimming pool is offered on an exclusive use basis. Your daily one hour sessions can be booked a few days before your arrival for your holiday via our easy to use online calendar. This listing is for our semi-detached cottage - Plumtree On the First Floor: 2 x king ensuite bedrooms (2 guests each) 1 x twin ensuite bedroom (2 guests) On the Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen, lounges and dining area with 50” SMART TV WC Under stairs cupboard Superfast WiFi throughout. Underfloor heating. Outside Hot Tub for your sole use and enjoyment! There is also a sunny patio with garden furniture, perfect for Al Fresco dining. FACILITIES Hand sanitiser is located at the entrances to all communal areas. Please ensure you use this before entering the facilities. The facilities will not be available on your arrival or departure days (usually Mondays & Fridays) to allow for extra cleaning. POOL The pool will be operated on a rota system of one household per session. The times for your sessions can be pre booked by you. Each cottage can book one hour per day. **[Sorry no towels are provided]** HOT TUB - 8 am - 11 pm The hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after every stay so it may not be at the required temperature when you first arrive. The hot tub will not be available to use on your departure day. **[Sorry no towels are provided]** GAMES ROOM - 8 am - 10 pm Only one household is permitted at any one time.
