Bookings of 2-3 months or more are common and well appreciated. The room is in a former textile embroidery house (over 150 years old), entirely renovated and located in a peaceful street near the center of Grabs. We made an effort to maintain the charm and authentic feeling of this wooden house with carefully selected modern amenities. From the house itself you have an outstanding view over the Rhein valley, the rooftops of Grabs and the surrounding mountains of the closely located Liechtenstein principality and Austria. The mainly wooden interior of the single room offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A shared bathroom and shower are just next door. An additional single room and double room can be booked as well. The kitchen offers everything you may need. Storage space, several kinds of tea, and a Nespresso coffee machine are available. We are more than happy to chat and provide information concerning all kind of activities and culture possibilities to be done in the area. Central and quiet in the heart of Rhine Valley. The center is only 5 minutes away by foot and it offers a post office, a bank, and a supermarket. A parking lot is just in front of the house. During winter and in case of snow, Haus Amperdeilen can be reached by walk. Therefore, for this time, or when they are occupied, a parking on the main street or at Markplatz means reaching home in respective 2 (200m) and 4 minutes (400m) by walk.
