All of these make your stay more comfortable and safe. All of our standard rooms and triple rooms have windows, provide free wifi and with separate washroom. The guest room will be tidy up and the set of bedding will be changed once every three days. An additional cleaning charge of HK$50 will be charged for any extra bedding used or changed. Very close to varies tourist hot spots. The lady market, sneaker street and Langham Place are not far form our house. It is very convenient to get to the Harbour City, Avenue of Stars,  Hung Hom Coliseum, airport and ferry terminal. Tourist spot in/around Mong Kok: * Sai Yeung Choi Street ( concentrates shops of electronic products, cosmetics, and discount books. ) * Tung Choi Street (also known as 女人街, Ladies' market,specializes in women's clothing, accessories, and cosmetics, and is open daily from noon to midnight. There are also food stalls selling noodles, seafood, and congee. An open-air market of fruits and vegetables is also located in the vicinity) * Sai Yee Street (with many sport shops) * Goldfish Street (There are a dozens of shops and hawkers selling tropical freshwater and marine fish, aquarium and accessories) * Flower Market * Langham Place (59-storey complex with a shopping mall, a hotel, and offices.) * Sino Centre (Shops sell comic books, VCDs and DVDs related to Japanese cartoons, and regular CD albums) * Temple Street (night market and one of the busiest flea markets at night in the territory) -The check-in time is 2 P.M and the check-out time is noon 12:00. - We provide 24 hrs reception services. If you check-out beyond the stipulated time at our guest house of your stay, we reserves the right, without further notice to you, to charge you an additional fee or remove your belongings out of the room. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as a result of the action(s) taken. you need to provide a deposit of 200 dollar per room when you check-in, in either Hong Kong Dollar or Chinese Yan (cash only). Deposit will be refunded fully if there is not any extra fee or compensation (including fees for late check-out, damage items or extra cleaning cost and so on) needed to be charged. It is free to for luggage storage at the front desk. Luggage storage is available only for guests currently staying with our guest house to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out, at the guest house’s option. Overnight storage is not allowed. Should your luggage or item remain unclaimed upon expiry of the maximum storage period allowed, We reserves the absolute right and discretion to either continue storing the luggage or to dispose of the luggage or item without any liability to you. You use the our luggage storage facilities at your own risk. We will not be responsible for loss of or damage to the luggage, the contents therein or your personal belongings (including any valuables, even if we have been advised) during storage or during the disposal process however caused and you hereby release our guest house from any liability in respect thereof. - No pets inside. -The check-in time is 2 P.M and the check-out time is noon 12:00. - According to the Base Law, smoking is forbidden in the area of the guest house. An individual who commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of HK$ 5,000。 - The guest room will be tidy up and the set of bedding will be changed once every three days.
