Quiet house setting on Kent Island. Private, spacious bedroom suite (queen size bed) & bath with rustic pine interior throughout the house. Mini kitchen area with amenities. Close to Bay Bridge and local wedding venues. This is listing 2 of 3 for this house space. This is spacious and quiet bedroom and bath for 1 or 2 people. Though I can add a twin bed in this room for a 3rd person, if needed. It features a table/desk area, Roku Smart TV, large closet, floor space for exercise, yoga mat & hand weights. Adjacent bathroom features full tub/shower, double sinks, and kitchenette with fridge, Keurig coffee maker. Coffee, tea and condiments, still and sparkling water, and breakfast snacks are provided. When you book this room individually, no one else can book the adjacent 2nd bedroom, so the area is private for you. Access through the main front door with key-less entry system, through the living room on the left. Double doors lead into the suite area. This room is off to the right from there. There is a back patio area with tables and chairs that you are welcome to use. When I am there I am available to answer questions, recommend local destinations and activities, and be as much or as little company as you need. House is located on a wide open country road near the water. Great for walking, jogging or cycling. Less than 6 miles to either the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club or the Kent Manor Inn, both popular wedding venues, easy to get to without having to get on the highway. Also easy access to the Cross Island Trail for walking, jogging or cycling. There are plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. There is no public transportation to speak of on Kent Island. I can help you arrange local transportation if you need it. Kent Island is 30 minutes from Annapolis, an hour away from either Baltimore or Washington, DC, and 45 minutes from BWI airport. It's just about 5 miles away from the Bay Bridge Airport for you small plane pilots! There is an iron and ironing board available upon request. You are welcome to use the microwave in the kitchen, or let me know if you have any other kitchen or laundry needs and I will accommodate you.
