Monteggio - Casa al ronco Monteggio is about 16 km from Lugano. Our house is situated in the center of the village on a southern slope with a wonderful view into the green. A well-tended garden with trees, palm trees and many flowers / shrubs and azaleas surrounds the property. It is quiet and very sunny. The house has three levels. On the lowest level is a loggia with lawn, which is also rented (separate listing). On the middle level is this apartment and on the top the owner's apartment as the parking.
