The house is located in the heart of Alsancak, on Kıbrıs Şehitleri Street. It has a lively and decent atmosphere. You can enjoy being in the center of the city, discover many bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes, all kinds of places around the house easily. The house is disinfected within Covid-19 precautions. It is 3 min. to seaside , 7 min. to International Fair Area, and within walking distance to all kind of transportation vehicles. During your stay, we will share amazing trip advices with you. The specialities of our retro style house are; - Our house is located on the 4th floor of a spacious apartment. There is a large terrace, a beautiful and large stone barbecue with all equipments is waiting for you for your pleasure. - We have an elegant fireplace which you can use in the living room. we provided fire wood for your use. - There are 2 bedrooms, 2 double-beds and one bedroom with a parent’s bathroom. The sofa can also be used as a bed in the living room. - In the kitchen there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, kettle, teapot, filter coffee machine, turkish coffee machine, toaster and all kinds of kitchen materials. Also you can find basic materials such as coffee, coffee paper, sugar, oil and spices in the kitchen. - There is a water dispenser which you can use hot and cold water at the exit of the kitchen. - In the refrigerator you can find iceboxes. Demijohns are also stocked at home. - In the bathroom, there is a pleasant and large size jacuzzi, washing machine, hair dryer and personal care materials (shampoo, shower gel, bath puff, cotton, pad, toothpaste, toothbrush, make up cleaner, acetone etc.) in a basket prepared for you. - There is a hot water all the time. - There are three convertible air conditioners, one in the living room and two in bedrooms. - There are shutters all of the windows at the house and you can use them easily. - In addition clean towels, sheets, pillows, piques will be waiting for you. You can use all of these and feel like at your own house. - You have high speed fiber wireless internet connection and for your fun there is a Netflix account that you can connect quickly with smart tv. - There is also (Website hidden by Airbnb) account which you can order your meals. - Our house is suitable for travel the city, home office workers, business trips and comfortable accommodation. - Alsancak Hospital is 3 min. walking distance to our house. - Also World Eye Hospital, Medicana International Hospital and all kinds of doctor clinics are so close to our house. - Our house is 10 min. to The Historical Bazaar Kemeraltı, 15 min. to The Historical Elevator, Historical Clock Tower and Agora Ancient City. - There is no private parking area belongs to building but you can find around the street. - You can find a cab in front of the house 24 hours a day also we will share with you their contacts. - There is no elevator in our building.
