The 26 sqm unit is fully furnished to provide maximum comfort and relaxation while enjoying the blissful weather in Tagaytay. The space is ideal for 2-3 guests (maximum) including kids. Php 1,000 will be charged for lost keys. Registered guests are free to use the condominium’s facilities. Condo Facilities: Swimming Pool ( Temporarily closed due to COVID) The swimming pool is located at the 3rd floor. It is open from 6 AM to 10 PM. Only registered guests (4 guests) are allowed. Only those with proper swimming attires will be allowed. Pool area is closed every Monday and Thursday for maintenance cleaning. Viewing Deck The viewing deck is located at the 24th floor which can be accessed through the 23rh floor. The viewing deck provides a scenic view of the Taal Lake and 360 view of Tagaytay. Security The whole condominium is equipped with 24 hr security with CCTVs. It also has 6 high speed elevators for easy access. Commercial Spaces Commercial spaces are located at the 3rd floor which include restaurants, convenience store, bank, cafes, salon, massage spa, etc. Check in and check out time: Check in time is at 2:00 PM and check out time is 12 NN. For early or late check in and/or check out, please do inform us in advance however, this is subject to the availability of the unit. Parking: Located from 1st floor-3rd floor with a first come, first serve basis. Weekday rates from Monday to Thursday: Php 50.00 (multiple entries) Weekend rates from Friday-Sunday including holidays: Php 50.00 (per entry) If you have concerns and needs, you can contact us directly. Contact details will be provided once the booking is confirmed. Around the Condo Restaurants like Café Nativo, Wasabi Sushi, and Mekong Restaurant are located at the 3rd floor of the building. Beside it is Dreamland Arts and Crafts Café and Red Bus Mobile Diner. Right across the condo is the Mcdonald’s Café which provides an overlooking view of the Taal Lake and a newly opened Korean restaurant serving unlimited samgyupsal. A 7-Eleven convenience store is also located downstairs. For your pasalubong needs, Loumar’s is also a few steps down. Other establishments in the vicinity are: hair salon, party needs place, dental clinic, Unionbank. Malls like Fora and Serin can be accessed through a 10-15 minute walk. Other establishments, fast food chains, and restaurants are easily accessible from the condo. For medical consults and emergencies, Tagaytay Medical Center is 2-5 minutes away by car or tuktuk. Famous Tagaytay Landmarks Restaurants and Cafes: Bag of Beans, Leslie’s, Rowena’s, RSM, Balay Dako, Concha’s Garden Café, Charito’s, Memory Lane, Josephine’s. Going around Tagaytay, there are jeeps and “tuktuks” or tricycles which are readily accessible outside the condo. Tuktuk rates depend on the distance. Drivers are very friendly and can even arrange local tours for you. Personal Losses and Accidents The management is not liable for damage and loss of personal belongings as well as injuries and accidents sustained while inside the unit or the premises of the condominium. Damages A security deposit of Php 1,000.00 will be collected before check-in and will be returned upon check-out if no properties inside the unit were damaged.
