Maria's place is a traditional Cretan apartment next to the sea. It is situated at the waves edge, RIGHT ON THE BEACH of MAkrigialos village. It is 120km from Heraklion Airport , 25km from Sitia AIrport, 25km from Ierapetra, 25 km from Sitia ( Vai) and 35 km from Elounda (Spinaloga). It is in the centre of the village, walking distance from supermarkets, banks, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy etc. Real traditional Cretan hospitality is our priority. Maria's place is a self-catering studio built and decorated with real Cretan inflences just a step away from the beach. The apartment has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen , a private bathroom and a furnished shadowed balcony with fantastic mountain view. Facilities, such as wi-fi, private parking, a/c, sunbeds and umbrellas , are available for FREE. Warm Cretan hopsitality is important for our guests in order to make their holiday in Crete memorable. Situable for couples, families. Public bus Makrigialos is not only for sea lovers. Makrigialos is an excellent choice for wlakers, nature lovers and artists. Plenty of beautiful gorges can be viewed. Tradional villages, with easy access, and ways of life can stil be seen despite the several tourists souvenirs shops and restaurant. Nearby Koufonissi and Chyssi island can be visited. The area is a place for exploration,reflection and tranquility.
