Situated on the south east corner of the Lake District national park, just a ten minute drive from Windermere. The Space: As you enter the apartment you get a sense of the spacious interior and unique style of the property. The apartment has one en-suite king bedroom and another king sized bedroom. There is a spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay including a washer, drier and dishwasher. The main room in the apartment is the living room. With large windows overlooking the grounds and a feature open fire, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind during your trip. Guest Access: You will have full access to the apartment and garden during your stay. The main property is separated into different apartments which are occupied. The Neighborhood: Greenmount is located on the outskirts of the Lake District with the bustling town of Windermere only a 10min drive away. Kendal is also a short drive which has a range of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Other Things to Note: A Deposit of £100.00 is to be charged on the date of arrival and returned one day post check out. This is charged to the card used to secure the booking.
