Private garden. 1 stop from Gare de Lyon Paris (6mn trip). 1 bedroom has a Queen size bed (160) and its own bathroom (shower). 2 bedrooms have a Full Size Bed (140) and share a bathroom (shower). Kids bedroom is a 30 sqmeters open space has 2 single beds (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) and its own bathroom (bath). Please have a look at photos as the kids room is an open space with direct access to stairs so not suitable for little kids. Big and luminous living room and kichen (50 sqm). Quiet library room. Full Kitchen. TV , free wifi (Sorry, there is no cable TV but you don't need it!) The large windows, the interior patio, the calm of the terracce and the garden mean quite a rare spot with such quick access to Paris. Extremely sunny, with 3 real separate bedrooms, and big Open space Kids bedroom, everyone enjoys staying here. One fast train stop from Gare de Lyon Paris (6mn trip). Two stops from Châtelet-les-Halles (12mn trip), the center of Paris. Very convenient to access all spots in Paris. Access to all our HiFi, TV and Wifi, Internet, to the all equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine for the morning, barbecue in the garden if you wish. Our neighbourhood, 5 mns walk, is full of grocery, shops, convenience stores, bookshop, boulangerie... We exchange regularly via Airbnb website, then via (Hidden by Airbnb) or text messages or cell phone for your arrival or any questions when you are there. Guests have full use of the house, except an office room. Guests are welcome to use the garden. We just ask that you keep noise down. Absolutely no parties. This is a quiet suburb a few kilometers from Paris, in a street with small buildings (4 storeys max) and little houses. Train (RER) station is Alfortville-Maisons-Alfort (RER " D"). Uber is useful, price to go to center of Paris would be around 25 euros. There is also a huge public swimming pool and spa options, 300 meters from the house. We are 200 meters from the Seine and you can have a walk along the river. Our house is 500 meters at the other hand of the street, or 7' from RER "D" Maisons-Alfort-Alfortville « fast train » station with direct connexions to all the main attractions and monuments. There is a train every 5 to 15 minutes depending on the time of the day. All durations are "door to door" including walking quietly.
