Meanwhile the centre of Kavos village, at about 1,5 km of reach, is well known for its night life, much appreciated by youth from all over Europe. One of the last protected natura areas can be found within 20 minutes walk from the house. “Arcoudillas” is a wild forest of olive trees, pines, cypresses, wild berries. There you can see the ruins of Arcoudillas’ 17th century monastery. This area reaches the crystal blue waters of the long sandy beach, which faces Adriatic sea and Paxos island. The distance from Corfu town, port and airport is 40 kmts. Bus transportation from Corfu town is available. You can also reach Kavos from Igoumenitsa (Greek mainland) coming directly to Lefkimi port (6 Kmts. from Kavos) The house provides parking area.
