Perfect for couples , families and large groups! This cottage is located in a cul- de-sac surrounded by the Green mountains ecological reserve. It is very quiet! You can enjoy the hiking trails in summer and snowshoeing and cross country skiing in winter. All that available from the house! Right in front of the house, theres a small waterfall with a 80 foot drop wich you can always ear from the front terrasse. In winter, the land offers a view of Mount Owls head . The cottage is bathed in natural light all day. The sun rises in the kitchen and offers perfect breakfast time. The communal areas of the cottage are big and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped ans you'll love to spend time around the kitchen island. The size of the kitchen makes it ideal to cook with friends or family. The bedrooms are spacious and pleasant. In winter, the fireplace in the large living room adds a touch of comfort to your stay. In summer the pool will refresh you. In winter as in summer, the jacuzzi spa can accommodate 7 people and will be a moment of relaxation, especially after your hiking or after ski. You will spend a great time in this country house ! Important note: The cottage is located at the top of a hill. The way to get there is an abrupt hill and a curvy road. It can be difficult to access the house in winter during an ice storm and after a good snowfall, therefore some vehicles may not be able to get to the house. It is possible to park at the bottom of the hill in the private parking in case of problems, 5 minutes walk from the cottage. 4x4 and AWD cars are recommended in winter.
