You will enjoy a cozy 500 sqft space, complete with ultra-fast wifi for streaming your video or music content during your stay. This is a 500sqft studio apartment. We have 3 units that on the 2nd floor of our business in Downtown Marysville. Unit A sits at the front of the building, but don't worry, the street isn't busy and the windows offer a lot of natural light. We have a queen bed, full size couch, and a 43" TV in the living area. There is also a full size kitchen, dining table and private bathroom in the apartment. We offer our guests wifi, Hulu live TV, coffee, and a comfortable bed. The space is great for 2 people overnight. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, modern apartment in Marysville, the Lotus House is your perfect space. Guests can call, text or email us during their stay at any time. We live a short 5 minute drive from here and also manage the business downstairs. This Historic Downtown area is quiet and cute. We are a block over from the busy part of downtown where you can find multiple restaurants, bars, a coffee shop, and lots of shopping. Walking around the area is simple and easy. Sroll to stops nearby anytime of day. If you need to travel out or in to town, we are just a few blocks from 2 different highways (70 & 20). Yuba City and Hwy99 are a quick 5 minute drive from us as well.
