Close to the motorway networks- M66/M60. as well as countryside. Frequently used for athletes competing in Bolton Ironmman. Completely redecorated, new carpets and renovated. Free parking on the street as well as up to two car parking spots next to the house. Airy conservatory with table and chairs. We pride ourselves on cleanliness as well as being helpful. If we can help in any way, that’s what we try to do. The house has lots of homely attributes, our guests seem to really enjoy being here. We love children coming to visit and have recently added : a baby bouncy chair that can be adapted to be a feeding chair, a baby bath, a child friendly add on toilet seat for little ones and, of course, a travel cot and sheets. Access to gardens by shared access We live next door and would hope to be available immediately, if not, we are only a text away to be able to offer assistance. We are happy to be as involved in your stay as you wish us to be. There is a private key safe so you can self check in and out. Lots of lovely places to visit if you like walking in the countryside or mooching around shops- the Trafford centre and Bury market are handy. Lots of fabulous eating/ coffee shops nearby- we have put together some ideas in our welcome pack. Handy for motorways, bus stops, trams and even our local steam railway- we can hear the steam trains on the East Lancashire railway from the gardens. Manchester City centre is 20 minutes away on a tram. We have a large back garden with seated areas which, in the better weather, catches the sun throughout the day. The patio area has table and chairs enabling eating outside if wanted.
