PERFECT LOCATION FOR A LUXURY NOOSA GETAWAY. The Studio is a beautiful architecturally designed home that captures the allure of the surrounding environment. Built in 2016, it's a modern, freestanding building set amongst the rainforest at the back of an acre block in the 'Noosa side' of Doonan. With modern furniture, stylish finishings & luxurious necessities provided, The Studio is the ideal place to unwind in peace while still being just minutes away from spectacular Noosa. The Studio is nestled amongst thick rainforest where ferns, tall palms, white gum trunks and a variety of tropical plants are seen from all rooms. The beauty of nature and constant birdsong create a soothing and calm retreat from everyday life. The Studio features extra high ceilings, authentic french oak floorboards, large glass panes throughout the home, stylish modern furniture, and gorgeous natural light all blend to create a totally indulgent experience. With a desire to create an inside-outside living environment, a large 5 metre glass door opens up to include the spacious timber deck as part of the living space. The deck lends itself to easy living with a comfortable outdoor lounge suite, timber dining table and a black special edition WeberQ BBQ. The inside living room sports a large, comfortable couch positioned in front of a wall-mounted TV and a wood fire heater (perfect for creating a cozy, warm ambient space in the winter months). Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, induction stove top, modern electric oven, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher, cooking at The Studio is a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The large bedroom offers air conditioning, a premium king sized bed with quality linen, and an expansive walk in wardrobe with plenty of hangers and storage. The large glass window panes allow beautiful natural light to soak the space during the day, and electric shutters block out all light for optimal sleeping conditions. The bathroom is an oasis of calm with a large rain head shower and a view out to the rainforest. Luxury bath and beach towels are provided. Offering full convenience for your stay is a fully equipped laundry including a front load washing machine (laundry detergent provided), laundry tub and an iron. The Studio includes unlimited NBN, Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime, air-conditioning (in the bedroom) and ceiling fans. The entire house, deck (including BBQ), carport and gardens will be available for guests' use. Guests will have complete privacy. We live at the top of the acre block but the houses are separated by luscious gardens. I will happily be available if needed, but otherwise I will give you your space. I will also be available at any time via Airbnb to help out with any questions, both leading up to, and during your stay. Doonan is a quiet suburb connecting Noosa with Eumundi. It consists of acreage, bushland and nature reserves. The Studio is located near the end of a quiet, leafy, tree-lined cul-der-sac. The Noosa Valley Country Club (a boutique golf course) is just around the corner. There are many excellent cafes just 5 mins away in Noosaville. If you are a coffee lover, both Padre and Belmondos Organic Market roast their own coffee beans. The latter is also a fantastic place for bakery treats and deli goodies. There are countless great cafes and restaurants both at Noosa River and Noosa Heads. We are happy to provide local knowledge for recommendations. Please check out our Guidebook! Noosa Civic Shopping Centre is a 5 min drive from The Studio where there is a Woolworths, a Big W and many other handy shops. The Studio is located just ten minutes from the Eumundi Markets. Doonan is a short drive to many beautiful destinations on the Sunshine Coast, so the best way to explore when staying at The Studio is definitely via car. 7 min drive to Noosa River 12 min drive to Hastings St at Noosa Heads 12 min drive to Sunshine Beach 15 min drive to Peregian Beach 17 min drive to Coolum Beach 22 min drive to Sunshine Coast Airport 27 min drive to Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre The Studio is located in a quiet, semi-rural area. Please respect our neighbours with no noise past 9pm. Absolutely no parties are allowed at The Studio. Please also respect the expensive finishings in our home, and the luxury items provided. We take pride in providing a beautiful experience for our guests and would like to continue to do so for others in the future. Please take your shoes off when inside the home to conserve the soft french oak flooring. We have tried to consider the environment when building The Studio. Our decking is has been milled from the gums on our block. We are on tank water (which is filtered), so please be mindful of your water usage. Water is reclaimed for the gardens so please do not use any bleaches. A carport is located out the front of The Studio. A flat timber ramp connects the carport to the home, making access to the building simple and easy.
