Newly built 28m2 studio- near Kirchberg &Airport

Newly built furnished studio of 28m2 with a beautiful view looking down the valley of Luxemburg Suburb. Complementaly "Welcome Breakfast" is included! Additional services are also available to comfort your stay. Since it is a newly built place, please note that we are still working on some exterior works (garden, exterior walls, etc) which should not disturb your stay. You have an entire studio for your use with fully equipped kitchen, shower, WC, TV with 7,000 programmes, Wi-Fi, Patio (as of Spring 2019). You share the exterior entrance as well as Laundry room and iron with a neighbor studio guest(s). Your studio and a patio in front of your studio (as of Spring 2019) is entirely of yours during your stay. We live right next to the studio, so we will welcome you at check-in to provide you the key with all the information necessary. During your stay, you could always reach us directly or by phone/mail etc. We are ready to give you hand whenever you need us. The studio is newly built and just completed in January 2019. It has everything you need, and the view from the room is superb! It is located in a beautiful quiet residential area surrounded by the nature. At the same time, it is well situated and only 15min away from Kirchberg where the European institutions and various Banks and companies are situated. Furthermore, we have a pharmacy, restaurants, hairdresser steps away and swimming pool in Niederanven (7min by car). !!!From 1 March 2020, public transport will be free of charge in Luxembourg.!!! • Bus Stop: 2 min walk • Railway station: 8 min walk • Airport: 8 min by car • City Center: 20 min by car, 30min by public bus • Kirchberg: 10–15min by car, 20min by public bus • Central station (Gare): 12min by train, 20min by car, 35min by public bus • A communal van is available to go around at the cost of 1€. (Mon-Sat) Late check-in after 22.00: €20 Airport pick-up/drop-off service: €20 Other services with fees; Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner service, grocery shopping, cleaning, laundry, ironing, services available upon request with supplement cost. (Please let us know if you need more details). If you are staying more than a week, we ask a weekly cleaning fee of €40, which include the cleaning of the studio and changing of linens.
