Located only 15 minutes drive from Byron Bay, this 3 bedroom bungalow is the perfect space for your next getaway. Villa Jalan is a gorgeous, self contained wooden cottage with three bedrooms, a cosy living area and fully equipped kitchen with condiments, organic tea and coffee. Beautifully styled with Indonesian and Indian antiques, this cottage sleeps up to 6 guests. Three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 double) all with air-conditioning for those balmy summer nights. The perfect space for families or friends. The property may not be suitable for small children due to the decor. Villa Jalan is located across the road from the Bangalow Museum, Tearooms and Bangalow Parklands. The parklands is surrounded with native bush and pine trees, perfect for picnics and family adventures with covered tables, barbecues, weir and swimming holes. We supply luxuries Bemboka linen and bathrobes, towels and eco friendly shower products. Wifi and Netflix available. There is a studio at the back of the property. Your host lives in the back studio. She will respect your privacy throughout your stay. She also has a lovely dog Honey who lives in the studio. The front cottage Villa Jalan is for your use exclusively. Whether you are visiting the area for work or pleasure, we can tailor suggestions to your personal needs. We are passionate about sharing our local knowledge on restaurants, outdoor activities, entertainment and local designers and artisans. Bangalow is a stunning historic village filled with boutique stores, delicious cafes and weekend markets. Located in the hills of the Northern Rivers, Bangalow is 16km or a 15-minute scenic drive from Byron Bay. Jalan Byron is located on the main street leading into town. Jalan Byron is at the eastern end of Bangalow's main street. If you plan to explore the area, a car is necessary as there is limited public transport throughout the hinterland and to the Airport and Byron Bay. 🏖 If you have IG, you can follow us @temple_retreats_byron for photos of all of our charming abodes, as well as our local tips for the bay and beyond.
