Drinkbetween Farmhouse has recently been refurbished. It is situated in a beautiful & peaceful rural setting just 40 minutes from Edinburgh in Fife. The large farmhouse includes sprawling contained gardens for your pets and little ones to enjoy. It has spectacular views over the fields to the ocean so you truly relax. However, for those who love to explore, it’s ideally located close to some of Scotland’s most iconic towns & landmarks St Andrews, Elie or Gleneagles, all just 40 minutes away. Drinkbetween Farmhouse is full of charm with plenty of space for the entire family. Two bedrooms include King sized beds and the third includes single bunks to accommodate groups with up to 6 guests. The home has been recently renovated to include all the modern luxuries of staying in a hotel. We provide complimentary tea, local artisan coffee, sourdough bread, milk and eggs on arrive. There is ample parking available in front of the house with your own private driveway and garden. We are here to help if you need anything. Situated on Banchory Farm, Drinkbetween House has views over the fields to the Firth of Forth. It’s peaceful and quiet, a wonderful place to relax and unwind. However it’s central location means you aren’t far from supermarkets with Lidl and Morrisons supermarket only an 8 minute drive to Kirkcaldy or the Co-op and a pharmacy in Kinghorn is only a 6 minute drive. There is a train station only 10 minutes away in Kinghorn or Kirkcaldy. Burntisland which is a ten minute drive or 5 minute train ride has a thriving high street with a number of cafe’s. Our favourite for a coffee is the Roasting Project. Novelli’s ice cream shop is also a favourite with the children. Drinkbetween is very close to a number of beaches. There is Seafield’s beach, Kinghorn beach and BurntIsland beach. Or jump in a car to the beautiful Silver Sands at Aberdour, a 20 minute drive, or Elie Beach and St Andrews beaches are a 40 minute drive away and offer a great range of water sports for hire. We recommend you get around by driving. However there are a number of walks nearby and you can cycle. Please note the garages at the back of the house will be locked and off limits. However the house and gardens are to be enjoyed by all of our lovely visitors. Please note that Banchory Farm which Drinkbetween is a part of, is a working farm. So there are cattle, calves, sheep and lambs at different times of the year along with some big machinery like tractors, harvesters and other vehicles. We ask that you take care as you would anywhere and that all dogs remain on a leash while in the farm boundaries. There are many beautiful walks around the farm and further afield. We just ask that guests don’t walk through the farm steading due to large vehicles and instead take the road left as you walk out of the house rather than right.
